Vendor Applications

For businesses, artisans, and organizations reserving booth space.

Please have the following ready:

  • Business name and primary contact information
  • Desired booth type (Standard, Additional, or Informational)
  • Any add-ons (electric, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs)
  • Product or service category
  • Any special requests or placement notes

Sponsorship Applications

For companies and organizations seeking branding and event visibility.

Please have the following ready:

  • Preferred sponsorship tier
  • Business name and primary contact information
  • Logo file ready (or plan to email after approval)
  • Any specific branding requirements
  • Ideas for activation, giveaways, or engagement (optional)

Application Review Process

Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Space and sponsorship slots are limited, so early application is strongly encouraged.

  • Review Time: Most applicants hear back within 2–5 business days.
  • Final Confirmations: All acceptances & booth assignments sent by February 28, 2026.
  • Upon Acceptance: You’ll receive an invoice and instructions for payment.
  • Vendor Packets: Final event details will be emailed prior to show weekend.
Tip: Please complete all required fields on the application form. Incomplete forms may delay review and approval. If you are applying for both vendor space and sponsorship, you can note that in the comments section of the form.
