Food vendor spaces are limited and reviewed separately from standard vendor booths. All food vendors are responsible for complying with all local, county, and State of Indiana health regulations, licensing, permits, and food safety requirements. Vendors must secure all required approvals prior to the event and operate in full compliance with applicable laws. Noble County Events Inc. assumes no liability for vendor non-compliance.

Vendor FAQs

Do booths include tables or chairs?

No. Booths come as open floor space. Table/chair requests are collected after confirmed placement.

Can I share a booth with another business?

Yes. Both businesses must be listed on the application and approved in advance.

Is electricity guaranteed?

Electricity is limited. If placed for 2026, electricity requests are handled during the vendor setup step.

Can I request a specific booth location?

You may list preferences, but assignments depend on category balance and show flow. Placement requests are collected after confirmed placement.

Do vendors receive free admission?

Yes! Confirmed vendors receive vendor badges for their team.
