Vendor & Sponsor Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all vendors and sponsors participating in the Noble County Home & Garden Show (“Event”), produced by Noble County Events, Inc. By submitting an application, vendors and sponsors (“Participants”) agree to the following terms.

1. Application & Approval

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or placement.
  • All applications are subject to review and approval by event organizers.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any application.
  • Booth locations, layouts, and placement are assigned at the sole discretion of event organizers.

2. Booths, Space & Setup

  • Booth sizes, locations, and configurations are assigned by event organizers.
  • Requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
  • Vendors must operate entirely within their assigned space.
  • Setup and teardown times will be provided prior to the event and must be followed.
  • Early teardown or late setup without approval may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

3. Sponsorships

  • Sponsorship opportunities are limited and subject to availability.
  • Some sponsorship tiers may be exclusive.
  • Sponsorship benefits will be delivered as outlined at the time of agreement.
  • Marketing materials, including logos, names, links, and ads, must be provided in a timely manner.
  • Noble County Events, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by late, missing, or incomplete sponsor materials.

4. Payment, Invoices & Refunds

  • All vendor and sponsor applications are subject to approval.
  • Once approved, the card on file may be automatically charged to secure participation.
  • Full payment is required to reserve booth or sponsorship space.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date listed.
  • No space is guaranteed until payment is received.
  • Refund Schedule:
  • 90+ days prior to the event: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • 60–89 days prior to the event: 75% refund.
  • 30–59 days prior to the event: Participant may choose either a 60% refund or credit toward the following year’s event.
  • Credits apply only to the following year’s event and cannot be rolled forward.
  • Credits have no cash value, and no refund will be issued once credit is accepted.
  • 0–29 days prior to the event: No refunds or credits.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

5. Cancellations

  • Written cancellation notice is required.
  • The cancellation date is based on the date written notice is received.
  • Refunds, if any, will be issued according to the refund schedule above.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including weather, emergencies, venue issues, or government restrictions.
  • If the event is canceled by organizers, participants may receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at the discretion of event management.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to adjust layout, booth assignments, schedules, or event logistics if necessary.

6. Electrical, Furniture & Add-Ons

  • Electrical hookups and furniture rentals are limited and must be selected during application or approved in advance.
  • Additional add-ons are subject to availability.
  • No external generators or unauthorized electrical sources are permitted without prior approval.

7. Conduct & Compliance

  • Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and venue requirements.
  • Booths and displays must be professional, safe, and appropriate for a family-friendly event.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating event rules or creating a safety or conduct issue, without refund.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • Participants assume full responsibility for their property, displays, products, equipment, and personnel.
  • Noble County Events, Inc., the venue, and event partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
  • Participants agree to hold harmless Noble County Events, Inc. from claims arising from participation in the event.
  • Participants are encouraged to carry appropriate liability insurance for their participation.

9. Media, Marketing & Use of Materials

  • Participants grant permission for event organizers to use business names, logos, submitted materials, and photos or video taken during the event for promotional purposes.
  • This may include use on websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, print materials, and future event promotions.

10. Show Management Authority

  • Noble County Events reserves the right to interpret and enforce all rules and policies.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to modify event layout, booth placement, event details, and policies if necessary.
  • All decisions made by event management are final.

11. Agreement

By submitting an application, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
